Once a package is shipped, we unfortunately can’t make changes, and the carrier will need to be contacted for rerouting.

First, confirm that your address is correct on your order confirmation.

Then check with household members or neighbors in case it was dropped off nearby.

If it still doesn’t show up, let us know and we’ll look into it together.
