Where We Ship

We currently ship orders within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends or holidays, will begin processing on the next business day, and the 1–2 business day processing time will start from that day.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts).For orders under $50, shipping is calculated based on the total weight of the order:

  • Under 5 lbs: Flat rate of $5.99
  • Over 5 lbs: Flat rate of $19.90

Carriers

We ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most efficient option for your address.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order is returned to us, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.

Warm Weather Notice

Some of our candy may melt during warmer months. We recommend choosing faster shipping options if you live in a hot area. We do not offer refunds for melted products.
